SMALL LAW OFFICE
Established three partner law firm based in Tallahassee that specializes in commercial law, litigation, and construction law for Florida and Georgia.
This law firm was under the impression that unpredictable and rising print costs were just part of doing business. They had an aging fleet of various model HP printers that were giving them constant jamming issues. Being able to find a service provider to repair the HP printers presented an even more daunting challenge. In addition to service and budget issues, they were also using a considerable amount of their administrative staff’s resources and time to track the different supplies and cartridges that they were forced to stock for each different model of HP printer they owned.
We installed six Kyocera 4200DN printers in their office which immediately reduced pressure on the administrative staff by ensuring that they only have one type of toner to maintain on hand. In addition to improving their workflow by increasing print speed and reliability, we were able to simultaneously reduce stress on their I.T. provider because Rumble’s now manages and maintains their entire printer fleet. Most importantly, we significantly lowered their cost of operation and provided predictable costs for their office printing.
MID-SIZE TRADE ASSOCIATION

This association was spending an exorbitant amount of money to produce event materials for each conference they held throughout the year. Each conference would host 300-600 people from around the state and there would be multiple events at each conference that would require event materials. All of these event materials were outsourced which inherently has its own set of challenges outside of the high cost. These included the amount of time spent negotiating and proofing documents with their outsource vendor during their busiest times of the year and the fact that they were forced to stop selling advertising two weeks before each event due to the print lead time required by their outsourcing vendor. Problems stemming from outsourcing had previously been addressed with their copier provider and they were told that there was no internal document production solution for them using the copier they had in their office.
We installed and customized a Kyocera Taskalfa 300ci copier, which was recently upgraded to a Taskalfa 5550ci copier, with a booklet maker and tri fold unit on their finisher that paid dividends for the association. They were able to generate a cost savings of $15,000 in their first year working with us. We were able to bring all of their outsourcing in-house, which increased their advertising sales by reducing their “go to print” time from 2 weeks to 2 days. All this was accomplished while providing a level of service and support that proved to them that they could reliably produce their documents on their copier in-house.
MULTI-LOCATION UTILITY CORPORATION
A member owned electric cooperative serving 7 counties in North Florida including Gadsden, Leon, Liberty and Wakulla
The biggest concern of this organization was the mixed brand fleet of desktop printers and copiers. They owned many copiers and printers from different manufacturers which made it difficult to manage ink and toner and drove printing costs up company-wide. Administrating consumables was time consuming and required a large amount of their I.T. Department’s time to be spent on supporting printers, copiers, and driver updates. They lacked a single point of contact for all of their print devices which caused inefficiencies and unnecessary expenses.
All copiers, printers, and multi-function printers in all 7 locations were replaced with Kyocera copiers and printers with exceptionally low running costs. This standardization of equipment simplified the toner and consumables ordering process, as well as, the employee training process. All copiers and printers at the corporate headquarters and the remote locations are fully supported by our service staff and are maintained and serviced through a single point of contact. This allows their I.T. staff to remain focused on overall corporate objectives.
